Delivery terms! When a order placed on our website requires delivery to certain areas such as Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland, The Channel Islands or Scotland, carriers charge and extra delivery fee. After receiving the order, we make sure to notify the customers of this extra delivery charge in the shortest time possible. In the case when the customers refuse to pay this fee, we give them the option to cancel the order. Products must be checked within 24 hours after you have signed for them. Damages reported after 24 hours from arrival will not be taken into consideration as they cannot be claimed from the carrier and refunding/ replacement of the damaged parts is impossible after that time. When the package arrives damaged you must sign for the parcel as damaged and contact us within 24 hours as well. |
